Mr. Fishman has extensive trial court experience. He has successfully tried dozens of personal injury cases to a verdict. Additionally, Mr. Fishman has argued cases and appeals before the Minnesota State Supreme Court and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Fishman has also handled hundreds of Arbitrations and Workers’ Compensation Hearings over the past 39 years.
William M. Fishman graduated cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Minnesota in 1974 with a B.A. degree. In 1977, he graduated cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School with a J.D. degree. A member of the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, Minnesota State Bar Association, and a Certified Trial Specialist since 1990, Mr. Fishman has practiced in the areas of personal injury, automobile injury, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and product liability since 1977.

Mr. Fishman has won numerous large figure verdicts and settlements and practices before all State Courts, Federal District Court of Minnesota and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has handled numerous appeals to the Minnesota Supreme Court.
